Director & Lead Consultant – Rob Parton
Over the last 20 years Rob has directly raised over £25million pounds through his work across a variety of causes. Specialising in charitable trusts, major grant makers, and philanthropic gifts, he has worked with all of the UK’s major grant makers as well as with international foundations and funding bodies.
Rob has previously held senior management positions in organisations supporting the arts, heritage, community, social welfare, and human rights. These included the Barbican, Shape Arts, and Freedom from Torture. Every organisation Rob has worked with has seen great success in their fundraising, which continues to this day through Amplify.
Associate Consultant – Laura Whitticase
Laura is an organisational development, fundraising and evaluation specialist with over 15 year’s experience. She has worked within a range of senior and board roles across the charity, music, culture, public and education sectors including Girls Rock London, the Barbican, PRS Foundation, and British Underground. Laura is a passionate, values-led, empathic specialist in strategic development, fundraising, organisational narrative, evaluation, impact and organisational change.
Her expertise lies in being able to see the big picture, while paying close attention to the detail, forging strong interpersonal relationships and holding advanced skills in written and verbal communication.
Associate Consultant – Ben Pearce
Ben is a charity management, development and governance specialist with 20 years’ experience. He was previously the Executive Director of both the West Horsley Place Trust and of Paintings in Hospitals, where he oversaw development and fundraising to great success.
Ben’s focus is on securing funding from grant makers, with a specialism in heritage, visual arts and culture, and health and wellbeing. He has also project managed major capital and community projects for museums and galleries, and a programme as part of the London 2012 Olympics.
Ben is a Trustee for: GEM (Group for Education in Museums), BGI who manage the National Videogame Museum; and SPAB. He is also founding Non-Executive Director of the Culture, Health & Wellbeing Alliance.
Associate Consultant – Rob Hardy
Rob is a highly successful trust and statutory fundraising specialist with over 25 years experience. He has worked for organisations across the arts, research and policy, education, young people and health sectors. His broader experience includes developing fundraising strategies and processes that have helped diversify income and drive strategic growth and providing strategic fundraising guidance to senior management and trustees.
Rob combines strategic thinking with a hands-on pragmatic approach, has a knack for asking good questions and gathering insights, and is adept at interpreting information into meaningful fundraising communications that help organisations maximise funding opportunities.
